Ingredients :
1 measure of irish whiskey
250 ml of hot strong coffee
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
1 dessertspoon of lightly whipped cream
Preparation :
- Warm a large stemmed glass and pour in the whiskey,
- Add the sugar and stir in the coffee,
- Float the whipped cream on top,
- Do not stir but sip the coffee through the cream.
