Ingredients :
300 gr of tin box tuna
100 gr of flour
100 gr of "gruyère" cheese
3 eggs
10 cl of milk
10 cl of oil
1 small bag of artificial yeast
Butter - Salt - Pepper
Préparation :
- Heat the traditionnal oven at 210°C (thermostat 7),
- Put the flour in a large bowl,
- Add the eggs, mix until you get a smooth dough,
- Incorporate the milk and the oil, mix, then add the yeast, the crumbled tuna and the gruyère cheese.
- Put some salt and some pepper,
- Drop the preparation in a buttered and floured cake tin
- Cook for about 50 mn.
- To check the cooking, put a knife inside the bread, if it is clean and without any dough, the bread's cooked ,
- Put out of the tin and let cool down .
You can, as you like, put some ham and green olives instead of the tuna (or add the olives to the tuna).
You can eat it with the famous "appéritif" or as a starter, with a tomato cullis, some mustard...or by itself.
