Ingredients :
3 apples
15 pieces of sugar
2 eggs
100 gr of sugar
100 gr of flour
100 gr of butter
1 teaspoon of yeast
Preparation :
- Heat the pieces of sugar and some water until you get some caramel,
- Coat a cake tin with the caramel,
- Peel and tear the apples to pieces, then lay them in the tin,
- Mix the butter and the sugar then add the eggs, the flour and finally the yeast,
- Drop the preparation on the apples,
- Cook for 30 mn thermostat 7 (210°C).
